We are seeking a talented individual to join our Rider Operations department, managing a team dedicated to supporting our growing Rider Fleet. This team is essential to ensuring our riders have everything they need to excel in their roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Communications:Create, design, and write outbound communications to riders using channels such as email, push notifications, and our internal website.
Intel Gathering and Reporting:Develop and manage rider intel gathering processes, including surveys and focus groups, to share insights on industry trends and rider pain points.
Rider Engagement:Plan and execute creative rider engagement events while managing the Rider Engagement budget for Kuwait.
Project Collaboration:Work with local and central teams to launch new projects.
Seasonal Campaigns:Focus on seasonal campaigns, including sourcing partnerships and managing perks campaigns.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
Proficiency in design, CRM tools, and HTML.
Experience working with diverse teams and partners from various backgrounds and nationalities.
Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
A driven and confident personality, able to maintain composure in challenging situations.
Hands-on approach to work.
Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, with an interest in learning data management.
