In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring market trends, analyzing competitive positioning, and leveraging data insights to optimize our revenue streams. Your ability to make informed judgment calls and provide clear, actionable summaries to the management board will be critical to our continued success.

Responsibilities Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and internal data to identify opportunities for revenue growth and optimization. Develop and implement revenue management strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue, and provide regular reports and recommendations to senior management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations, to ensure alignment of revenue strategies across the organization. Conduct pricing analysis and recommend adjustments to maximize profitability while maintaining competitiveness. Assess the impact of external market conditions, regulatory changes, and other factors on revenue potential, and adjust strategies accordingly. Prepare and present detailed revenue performance summaries, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to the management board. Stay informed of industry developments, best practices, and emerging trends to keep Exante at the forefront of revenue management. Utilize advanced analytics tools and methodologies to enhance revenue forecasting and scenario planning. Support the development of new products or services by providing revenue projections and pricing models. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; MBA or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA) are a plus. Experience in revenue management, financial analysis, or a related role within the financial services industry. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends to make strategic decisions. Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis tools. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex information to senior management. Strong understanding of financial markets, trading instruments, and prime brokerage services. Ability to work independently and proactively, with a high level of attention to detail.
