We are looking for a passionate and highly qualified Revenue & Reservation Manager for Borgo Santo Pietro, an award-winning five-star luxury boutique hotel located in the heart of Tuscan countryside, surrounded by a 300-acre organic farm, vineyards and wonderful gardens.
The Revenue & Reservation Manager will determine and set competitive room rates to ensure the higher revenue, focusing on profitability and the achievement of strategic goals; he/she is also responsible for managing the reservations process and operation in the property.
Main responsibilities: Develop and implement strategies to maximize room revenue and occupancy levels. In collaboration with the management, set pricing strategies, manage inventory, and implement upselling and cross-selling initiatives to achieve revenue targets. Identify opportunities for revenue growth and make data-driven decisions to optimize strategies. Responsible for the implementation and continuous optimization of all revenue management processes. Analyse reservation trends, booking patterns, and market demand data to forecast occupancy levels. In collaborate with other departments, ensure a unique guest experience and implement initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty. Produce periodical reports and analytics related to reservation activities and make recommendations to the management team and owners. Guide and direct the reservation team, including training, performance management, and professional development, to foster a high-performing and motivated workforce. Actively participate to recruitment and training activities of the reservation department in collaboration with HR department. Oversee all aspects of the reservation process, including handling inquiries, managing bookings, confirming reservations, and resolving issues or discrepancies, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with hotel policies and procedures. Ensure that all reservation requests are handled efficiently; make sure that all the reservations are entered and updated in the system. Handle complaints from clients regarding reservations and take immediate remedy action. Collaborate with the management for the development and implementation of SOPs in the department. Candidate profile: Bachelor or Master's degree in Business or other related field. At least 3 years of successful revenue management experience at a multi-property level. Knowledge of LQA standards is required. Strong knowledge of sales and reservations. Excellent communication skills and business acumen. Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Italian; other languages spoken are considered as a plus. Details of the offer: Full time, permanent contract
