ON PREMISE REVENUE MANAGER What You'll Be Doing We are looking for a person who wants to undertake a professional path starting from a role of On Premise Revenue Manager.
Within Revenue management Team, the role guides Birra Peroni's top line profitable growth by providing the most effective commercial policy based on consumer and market insights.
Your Activities Will Include Guarantee consumer and market (competitor) understanding in relation to Pricing by Occasion, Brand, Pack, Channel, Region (OBPPC).Monitor the value chain to provide fact base insight for Customer management.Define the most effective Commercial Policy and Trade Terms strategy in alignment with the overall company strategy.Ensure pricing strategy cascading into commercial Planning (M1-M3, Innovation Pipeline, Brand plans, IAPs, Budget).Analyse execution compliance and strategy effectiveness to drive key learnings.Monitor and review NNP, PTR and volume evolution in order to maximize the balance between On & Off Premise channels.Provide guidelines and tools to Sales Force to ensure compliance between strategy, plans and execution, enhancing capabilities at the same time.Monitor, analyse performance variances and learn from results to fine tune strategy and approach.Develop the PRGM culture within the organization.Who We're Looking For Master's degree: mathematics, statistics, economics.Experience of almost 5 years in the role of Revenue or Trade Marketing functions with a strong cooperation with Sales Channel (preferably in FMCG companies).Excellent expertise in numerical methods and statistics.Proficiency in English and Italian - written and spoken.Additional Qualities: Strategic and innovative thinking.Capacity to work in a team and manage complex situations.Strong determination and results-driven.Environment That You Will Find We are committed to cultivating a work environment where we celebrate and respect differences and support everyone to be who they are!
