About the Role:As a Revenue Management Analyst, you will support the Revenue Management Team within the Trade&Shopper Marketing department in activities aimed at reaching turnover and profit goals, in the optimization of promotional investments and in the definition of categories price/pack architecture. You will also provide support in the definition of the sales forecast with the support and coordination of the Sales, Supply Chain and Marketing department.
Main Responsibilities:In the role of Revenue Management Analyst, you will be involved in the following activities:
Assortment and price positioning analysis (vs market and competition) Collaboration in the definition of price/pack recommendationsSupport in the definition of list prices and recommended sell-out prices Monitoring cross channel competition, Trade Margin and value chainCollaboration in the definition of the commercial policyEx-post analysis of promotional performances (ROI, uplift, trade margin, value generated for the retailer)Collaboration in the definition of promotional guidelines (by sku/channel/customer) based on the analysis of past promotion performancesCollaboration in the promotion target setting definitionMonitoring of KPIs related to promotion performances Who we are looking for:Master's degree, preferably Economy / Finance/ Engineering1-3 years of experience in Trade&Shopper Marketing, Marketing or Commercial Finance rolesStrong analytical skillsKnowledge of Profit & Loss KPIsFluency in Italian and English Advanced proficiency in MS-Office applications (Excel)Willingness to travel and to international mobilityHow to be successful in the role and at Ferrero:Consumers, quality and care are at the heart of everything we do.
