- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Approximately 3-4 years of experience in Business Intelligence or Finance necessary
- Previous experience in Sales would be a plus
- Demonstrated strong analytical skills are essential for the role
- Proven ability to stakeholder management is key
- Fluency in Italian and English is required.
**Position summary**:
Reporting to the Specialist Channel Manager, you will support the Business Unit for the strategic and profitable management of invoice investments for a sustainable and profitable growth:
> identifying the insights for the definition of an effective Purina pricing strategy, optimizing investment in the high-potential growth spaces;
> leading the development of Purina promotional plans optimizing efficacy and ROI, and the development of clear guidelines and tools for sales and marketing for a perfect execution in line with central guidelines;
> monitoring of the invoice investment budget.
**A day in the Life of the Revenue Growth Manager**:
- During the process of building the annual plans partners with marketing and finance to deliver the right pack, in right channel, at the right price, and along the year collaborates with finance to instill a RGM way of working
- Defines the annual promotional policy and the invoice commercial policy.
Acts in alignment with finance and marketing
- Guides the pre-post evaluation process facilitating the evolution of local commercial plans, promoting excellence, and optimizing return on investment.
Acts involving sales, marketing and finance
- Engages and educates sales team by providing tools to support them in commercial negotiations
- Contributes to build the business-decisions storytelling to be utilized both internal/externally with our key customers (eg.
price list increases)
- Monthly monitors in invoice spending, analyze figures & data transforming them into actionable recommendations to recover / boost versus plans.
Acts involving finance and sales and providing inputs to guide the leadership team decision-making.
