The JUNIOR CONSULTANT will support projects in Retirement Business in Italy.
The role is suitable for candidates with small or no previous experience.
At WTW, we're committed to shaping the future of retirement and securing financial well-being. We're searching for a Retirement Junior Consultant eager to learn about Pension funds management and consulting in our Milan team.
The successful candidate will play a role in helping our clients navigate the complex world of retirement planning, pension and long term savings management . You will support our Senior Consultants in providing advisory services to a diverse portfolio of clients, helping them make informed decisions about their retirement and pension programs.
The candidate will be able to: Engage with clients and ensuring high quality work deliverySupport in developing commercial strategies and events;Operate with teams with different profiles and responsibilities, also outside of ItalyParticipate in projects related with benefits plan design (including auditing and benchmarking), implementation and management of retirement programs, design and implementation of financial wellbeing programs, among other services.
