CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Plan and organize employees' training & development projects with a focus on Retail store staff training.Assess training needs and design new training content and materials aligned with company strategy and goals.Facilitate the company's retail training App channels to increase brand Product Knowledge and Customer Service.Focus on Product Knowledge and retail-oriented topics, including customer service, store KPIs, and performance improvements.Organize training courses and workshops and communicate with external training providers.Monitor training efficacy through surveys and ROI analysis methods.Work with the US Training team and coordinate with local HR, Retail, and leadership teams in all EU countries.Manage Training Store visits and coaching on the field.Organize other cross HR/Training processes, including performance assessment and new joiners onboarding.Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferably in Training & Development, Communication, Advertising, Marketing, or Languages).Fluent in English; any additional language is a plus.Knowledge of LMS and training authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Rise) is a plus.Proficiency in MS-Office (particularly PowerPoint and Excel); additional skills in graphic/video software (e.g., InDesign, Photoshop) are a plus.2-3 years of previous work experience in a similar role.Excellent knowledge of digital and social media.Strong passion for the fashion industry.Creative and innovative mindset with proactive and outgoing attitude.International background is a plus.Customer-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.A good team player with strong multi-tasking abilities.Benefits: An International, fresh, and dynamic working environment.Balance between work and personal life: Smart Working (Hybrid work model) and Time flexibility.Physical & Mental Health programs, sustainable projects, and workshops.Arts, sports, and social events outside the office.Training & Development platform and paths.Discount on our products both online and in stores.
