Posizione Within the Global Retail Excellence and Sales training team we are looking for a Retail Training Project Manager based in Rome.
The talent will be responsible for leading the organization and coordination of training events such as Train the trainers within the global retail training community, Retail Conventions and all training sessions/pilots lead by corporate team, consultants or in collaboration with other departments.
In addition, the talent will be in charge of administrative activities to ensure a smooth and efficient Department organization.
Main accountabilities: Responsible for organization and coordination of Train the Trainers, taking place twice a year in different locations around the world; implement feedback gathered after each event ensuring excellence and satisfaction; Lead the coordination of Retail Convention, with around 500 participants across the Retail Community.
Work closely with Event Team, Corporate and Local management to ensure consistency and high standards; Coordinate training schedules, venues, and logistics for training sessions taking place in class or in production sites; collaborate with local trainers for the organization and logistics of training sessions/pilot programs lead by Corporate team and consultants or other external facilitators; Data driven approach: monitor and maintain accurate records of training activities in class - with a focus on Selling trainings - liaising with local trainers to ensure data accuracy; Manage all legal and administrative activities linked to retail training events organization and all administrative activities of the department, building a collaborative relationship with external suppliers and internal departments (procurement, legal, finance); Organize events for Corporate Team, such as team-building activities or workshops.
The talent will be exposed to external and internal stakeholders across markets and in HQ.
Qualifications / Professional Capabilities: Master's degree in management with at least 3-4 years of experience in Project Management Experience in retail is highly appreciated Excellent use of MS Office suite (PPT and Excel are a must) + familiarity with Zoom/Microsoft Teams Excellent written and spoken communication skills English is mandatory.
Fluency in a second language would be a plus.
