**Position**:
The Retail Trainer will support the Retail Excellence team in ensuring the Training effectiveness and efficiency by providing field product and selling techniques training to Retail team according to the Retail Excellence roadmap, to reach the business targets in terms of Sales productivity and customer satisfaction.
Main responsibilities:
- Design Product and selling techniques training paths in partnership with the Head of Retail Excellence and key Company functions;
- Partnership with Regional Merchandising, Retail Excellence and Retail functions to deliver and implement selling, styling, Product &Brand knowledge Training programs;
- Work closely with Retail functions & HR Team to implement Training and to reinforce Customer Experience;
- Maintain active presence on the shop floor to make sure all the Training contents are implemented and effectively applied (transfer of learning);
- Delivery of focused training sessions/workshops for the Retail Team based on local needs;
- Training logistic Management (classroom settings, venue rental, electronic equipment, training material preparation);
**Profile**:
- English fluency and excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office;
- At least 2 years Training Experience preferably in the Retail Industry, preferred background from the Fashion brand and Luxury segment;
- Training delivery/facilitation, training Program Design (Retail related), knowledge of Luxury Fashion Product, selling and customer service;
- Ability to impersonate and communicate Loro Piana standing with respect to values, behaviors, style and competencies;
- Business oriented mindset with excellent communication skills;

- Team player and able to work independently;
- Availability to travel frequently;
