Retail Specialist (Fixed-Term Contract)

We are currently seeking a Retail Specialist to manage the operational relationship with our retail partners, ensuring compliance with contractual commitments and the achievement of business objectives.
In this role, you will oversee various aspects of retail operations, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and contribute to the overall success of our retail outlets.
Responsibilities:Manage the operational relationship with retail partners to ensure compliance with contractual commitments and business objectives.Support retail requirements and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.Oversee the fulfillment of documentation and procedures for retail management, both in-venue and off-venue, and monitor progress.Contribute to and supervise the drafting of operational plans for retail partners, including staff planning, uniforms, opening hours, POS allocation, product display, and various services.Monitor retail partner activities to achieve outlet objectives and compliance with commitments.Coordinate the planning of the purchasing budget to ensure commercial performance.Facilitate the relationship between licensees and retail partners for product procurement, ensuring compliance with collection launch schedules and shop assortment plans.Collect retail royalty reporting and monitor partner invoicing.Coordinate the implementation of the retail marketing plan with various internal functions.
