Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
Maintain a welcoming professional visible presence at the front desk; engage with guests ensuring they are always treated in a cordial respectful manner representing the Companys brand image.
Accurately and efficiently process sales orders adhering to cash handling protocols.
Aid customers with credit applications and financing matters as required while maintaining thorough documentation of sales transactions Address customer concerns independently whenever possible Aid in store opening and closing activities including cash reconciliation and completion of daily checklists Support inventory management and loss prevention procedures including participation in biannual inventory checks Meet and exceed sales goals align to KPIs and performance standards Complete any additional tasks as assigned by management What You Bring Legally authorized to work in the US.
At least 18 years old Ability to lift tug and pull 25 IBS with or without accommodation.
