As a Sourcer, you will support the EMEIA Retail Recruiting team who hires external talent into Apple Retail Stores. You will be provided with an opportunity to support hiring world-class Talent who will deliver on our business objectives for the communities we serve. Working with the Sourcing team, you will execute various parts of the sourcing and screening process using company tools and competencies for support. You are a part of a larger team and will support meeting the changing business demands of the region, partnering to drive efficiency, flexibility, and quality at scale. You will maintain ongoing communication with all your partners and support the business to ensure the candidate experience meets Apple standards and policies. This is a role that relies on you being able to headhunt, screen, and enjoy interviewing candidates that want to join Apple. This is a contractor role covering a maternity cover for a fixed term of 12 months starting ASAP. This role is to recruit for Spanish and Italian Retail stores.
Description You will partner with the Recruiting team for Spain and Italy to maintain a clear understanding of current and future open positions.You are directly responsible for delivering qualified talent to the stores in the market you support.You will utilise our systems to search for candidates to fill open positions and to manage the candidate's journey.You will headhunt talent through external search tools.You will conduct engagement calls and screening interviews via WebEx with candidates to assess interest level and skill set for current open positions.You understand and will adhere to HR guidelines to consistently deliver an exceptional candidate experience.Minimum Qualifications Previous experience with recruitingPassion and aptitude for bringing great talent to AppleLearning agility with tools and systemsFluency in Spanish, Italian, and EnglishPreferred Qualifications You are comfortable dealing with ambiguityYou are action-oriented and results motivatedYou use your time wisely and can prioritise and re-prioritise as neededYou are able to build constructive and effective relationships using diplomacy and tactYou are able to stand alone and make decisions on the quality of the candidates you are interviewing.You are an effective communicator, verbally and writtenYou are a good listener, interested in understanding people's backgrounds and cultural differencesYou quickly learn how to use new systems and tools
