The planner is accountable to work directly with the corporate and regional Planning team to define local portfolio budget and relevant OTB (open to buy)
The planner actively contributes to the success of the division's product offer, measured by sales performance versus budget, space productivity growth and gross margin performance versus budget
**Key responsibilities**
Maintain alignment with the corporate Planning team on category/location forecasts
Review on a monthly base the OTB forecast for all local brands and execute Inventory strategies with brand partners
Curate the relationship with local brands as interface and point of reference for the creation of Purchase Orders, the definition of the markdown strategy and activation of promotions in store, follow-up on invoices status
Prepare and present to corporate Planning Leaders Fashion Investment Reviews before buying campaign
Support the Planning and Merchandising Manager in leading division communication with the corporate Merchandising team on category strategies, store planning and localized activities
Monitor and optimize sales and space productivity in store
