OFFICE Our new office in Via Turati is a strategic hub and home to all of the NGG staff functions. Turati is where the behind-the-scenes driving force of NGG is brought to life; this is harmonised with the archive exhibits of brand collaborations found throughout the office.
THE ROLE The Retail Operations Specialist role's key purpose is to support in planning and implementing operational strategies for the WW retail network to ensure retail stores follow corporate brand standards and support the execution of ad-hoc solutions and corporate initiatives to drive operational efficiency. The Retail Operations Specialist will be part of the Global Retail Operations team for all NGG brands, except for Off White, managing all retail operations activities related to the WW store network.
WHAT YOU'LL DO Support the store network with all policies and procedures to streamline and safeguard the efficient running of the stores.Support the execution of corporate initiatives and needs to drive operational efficiency.Support all the operations activities linked to new stores' opening/relocation.Supervise stock movements such as Physical Inventories, Cycle Counts, End of Season providing appropriate report analysis to ensure inventory accuracy.Monitor the implementation of the back of house guidelines.Guarantee all stores have the necessary supplies to operate and work properly to support day-to-day operations.Manage WW uniform orders and seasonal allocations.Develop and evolve retail operations training programs (procedures, POS system, back-office management).WHO YOU ARE 2+ years of working experience in a similar role in luxury retail companies.Successful studies in business management, majoring in business administration, is considered a plus.Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English.Strong Excel and PPT skills.Knowledge of RETAIL PRO is considered a plus.Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Hands-on approach and willingness to work in a team.Availability to travel.REWARDS AND BENEFITS Great compensation package (in consideration of your professional experience).Lunch tickets.Discounts on all NGG brands and partners including Farfetch and Browns.Be part of a young, dynamic, and innovative company with over 40 different nationalities.Brand new headquarters located in the center of Milan.EQUAL OPPORTUNITIES STATEMENT New Guards Group is an equal opportunities employer ensuring that all applicants are treated equally and fairly throughout our recruitment process.
