OFFICE Our new office in Via Turati is a strategic hub and home to all of the NGG staff functions.
Turati is where the behind-the-scenes driving force of NGG is brought to life; this is harmonised with the archive exhibits of brand collaborations found throughout the office THE ROLE The Retail Operations Specialist role's key purpose is to support in planning and implementing operational strategies for the WW retail network to ensure retail stores follow corporate brand standards and support the execution of ad-hoc solutions and corporate initiatives to drive operational efficiency.
The Retail Operations Specialist will be part of the Global Retail Operations team for all NGG brands, except for Off White, managing all retail operations activities related to the WW store network.
WHAT YOU'LL DO Support the store network with all policies and procedures to streamline and safeguard the efficient running of the stores.
Support the execution of corporate initiatives and needs to drive operational efficiency Support all the operations activities linked to new stores' opening/relocation.
Supervise stock movements such as Physical Inventories, Cycle Counts, End of Season providing appropriate report analysis to ensure inventory accuracy.
Monitoring the implementation of the back of house guidelines.
Guarantee all stores have the necessary supplies to operate and works properly to support day-to-day operations.
Manage WW uniform orders and seasonal allocations.
Developing and evolving retail operations training programs (procedures, POS system, back-office management).
