The Retail Merchandising Business Analyst supports the entire Merchandising team performing cross-categories analyses needed for the definition of Retail merchandising activities, Weekly sales reports, briefing document to Design Team, retail presentations to CEO, buying guidelines.
Having a comprehensive understanding of all LP categories, sales trends supports the Central Retail Merchandising & Visual Director and the team in preparing deck and presentation to be shared with management.
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform relevant analyses for all categories (RTW Mens Women & Kids, Accessories, Shoes) at WW level related to sell-in / sell-out, sell-through, product best performers, slow movers, growth, etc
- Provide suggestions/alerts to retail merchandisers or recommendations regarding sales trends
- Provide excellent presentations and documents to recap categories trends, specific categories performance and support to make decisions
- Supports retail merchandising team during Buying campaigns and collection presentations with pre buy and post buy strategic presentations
- Develops specific analysis about stores' sales performance, sell-in sell-out and sell-through
**Profile**:
- University Degree in Business Administration, Management Engineering or in related field
- At least 2-3 years of experience as Business Analyst for luxury consultancy firms or Merchandiser/Buyer, Sales Analyst
- Strong ability and competence in quantitative and qualitative analysis on sales performance and product report/feedbacks
- Excellent in ppt presentations both
- Proactive, dynamic, strong relational skills and attitude in team working
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (in particular PowerPoint and Excel); BO, BI, ProJ and SAP experience preferred
