Retail Market Manager FENDT, Southern Europe.
The Retail Market Manager is responsible for the conception and / or implementation of all sales & Marketing promoting activities in the region:
- Ensures a market adapted and continuous product argumentation on all channels for the Field Retail Managers, Product Specialists and the dealer salesmen.
Supports MC (Marketing Communication) with the development of the B2B2C brand communication), as well as the cross medial implementation in the market with the aim of creating one consistent and region wide Fendt presence.
Fully involved in the creation of (digital) campaigns and their regional implementation, reviewing implementation success.
Ensures market specific adaptions to the Marketing´s training concepts and their regional implementation.
Define and implement through Sales Engineer, the local Sales and Marketing Training for the cluster.
Plan, define and support Local DEMO activities for the Full Line.
Plans and supports events, e.g.
product launches, local fairs and field days.
Analysis and interpretation of customer satisfaction surveys (NPS), creates activities to increase the results.
Plans and reviews regional A&SP budgets in coordination with MC.
The incumbent is thecenter of action for digital activities in the region:
- Digital Transformation Programs interface, responsible for the implementation of digital sales processes (lead to order) and the supporting system landscape.
Responsible for the lead capturing process Importante Azienda trade fairs, events and dealer days in the region ("We know every single event guest").
Initiates adequate communication and sales campaigns by interpreting the right KPIs with one goal:
- Previous Marketing experience will be beneficial, ideally gained within agricultural, grounds care or similar equipment business.
Sales or Business Development experience is a strong plus.
Ideally educated to Agricultural Business Management, Economics or Marketing.
Good knowledge of agricultural machinery business.
Excellent Organizational skills.
Strong Team Player.
Good oral and written Communication skills.
Numeracy and Analytical ability.
Business and Commercial Acumen.
Availability to travel:
50%.
Fluent English; Spanish is a plus.
Preferred location:
North of Italy, close to international airport
