Our family-owned business group started as a licensee and European distributor of the US workwear manufacturer Carhartt in the early 1990s.
Since then, it develops its own collections based on workwear originals.

Retail Manager Italy (M/F/x)
**Your Responsibilities**:
- Direct Management of all Store Managers, including recruitment, training, coaching and daily support
- Check Payroll Summary sent by stores
- Deliver Head of Retail vision of Operations structure
- Support team and ensure all Key Performance Indicators are achieved
- P&L management including monitoring and controlling of store results
- Analyse and coordinate stock management processes to ensure stores can maximize on turnover and profit margin
- Reporting of the daily business (turnover, KPIs, collection performance, commercial actions, marketing events)
- Manage and maintain business promotional calendar
- Lead seasonal retail strategy meetings for instore retail teams
- Maintain the brand standards in the retail stores
- Work in conjunction with Marketing and VM teams on events and in store VM materials
- The "go to" person on all store standard operating procedures.
- Maintain knowledge of contracts, partnerships, budget and inventory related to the retail business
- Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety legislation requirements
**Your Profile**:
- Relevant experience in retail management
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Comfortable working and influencing cross functional teams
- Strong leadership and proven management skills
- Experience of overseeing expansion strategy
- A strong commercial acumen
- Driving license
- Ability to travel
