Kendo is currently looking for a : RETAIL MANAGER
**Manage sell-out performance of your area**
- Monitor your area's turnover & measure the impact of actions carried out
- Ensure a weekly follow-up of KPIs
- Build an action plan to support struggling stores
- Follow the weekly performance of your rotators and build an action plan if necessary
- Visit stores in your area regularly, preparing in advance store business reviews and key points to share and negotiate
**Be the best business partner for Sephora**
- Build a close and authentic relationship with in-store staff and the Sephora HQ teams
- Ensure privileged contact with senior leaders and management teams
- Participate in all Sephora meetings in order to speak about Kendo's brands
- Amplify the "love factor" with dedicated actions for staff
**Develop and anchor brand awarness of Kendo's portfolio**
- Negotiate local actions in accordance with the launch calendar and trade marketing activations
- Propose and coordinate in-store events for customers (masterclasses, FUNs, anniversaries, Gold events )
- Increase Kendo's brands visibility in-store (customer path, highlighted merch, etc.
)
**Competitive intelligence**
- Know 'what's hot' in stores and monitor competitors' actions and innovations (products, animations, events, VM )
- Carry out benchmarks and share them with the HQ team
- Keep up-to-date with customers in terms of their needs, expectations, requirements, and how they evolve
**Rotators**
- Lead rotators in your area to customer excellency through the Kudo Model and communicating your expectations of them
- Create a personalized training plan for each of your rotators and refer to your Edu team representative to deploy and enforce it
- Anticipate a succession plan for your area
- Monitor the allocated budget of your area for permanent rotators (tracker dedicated)
- Establish rotator schedules according to actuality, priorities, store performances, traffic, activations (and adapt it to a general context)
**Ensure a high level of in-store standards (stocks, VM, customer perspective, implementation of offers, etc.
)**
**Training**
- Negotiate local training actions with store directors and regional managers
- Propose personalized training in line with needs, performance and partner expectations (refer to your Edu Team Manager)
- Co-host training with your Edu team representative (if necessary)
- Support the coordination of training events in your area
