Retail Manager Italia - Beauty In direct connection with the Country Director, your mission is to maximize the performance of the area and the Area Managers you supervise, while ensuring both the well-being and the development of the retail teams, and an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities Implementation and monitoring of concrete action plans to develop the turnover, KPIs and profitability of your area, in partnership with your Area Managers and head office departments; Guarantee the excellence of the Customer Experience by ensuring the proper transmission and execution of operations and procedures in your area (merchandising, selling ceremony, admin, stock management, etc.); Recruit, lead, evaluate and develop your team of Area Managers and shop managers in order to achieve an excellent level of performance; Anticipate, plan and analyze the needs and developments of your area in order to set up the appropriate organization for a growing area (about 20 openings per year); Work in close collaboration with the head office support teams (HR, Construction, Maintenance, Operations, etc.) in order to best serve our stores; Participate in international calls and meetings. Qualifications Minimum 2 years' experience as Block Leader Manager or Retail Manager; Flexibility and ensuring a strong field presence (4 days a week), including certain weekends during peak periods (Xmas season, Mother's Day, etc.); C1 in English Location: Milan
