An exciting opportunity has opened up for a customer centric and dynamic retail operations lead to join the team at our designer outlet centre near Venice, Italy.
Noventa di Piave is one of the leading outlet centres in Italy, with an exciting mix of brands and customers. This position offers an amazing opportunity for an expert retailer to thrive in our multi-brand retail management team.
What you'll be doing...
As Retail Manager, you would report to our Centre Manager and champion the building of strong and long-lasting relationships with our brand partners. You will play a key role in maximising the overall retail performance of stores and ensuring a strong brand portfolio within the centre. Core responsibilities include providing guidance to store leaders on increasing sales, ensuring high levels of customer engagement, the recruitment and training of retail teams, as well as advising on store layouts.

To be successful you'll bring...
• Experience of working within retail operations, ideally at area management level in the fashion industry.
• Strong analytical, excel and reporting skills, alongside an advanced knowledge of MS Office.
• Experience in managing and monitoring of KPIs and understanding and analysing of store metrics i.e. sales, conversion etc.
• You work with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills as well as experience in relationship building – internal/external and able to influence at all levels.
