That's the Power of Us, that's the Power of PVH+.The TeamThe PVH Area Manager Team ensures Area Performance and optimal Clients Experience through transferring best practices to the Stores, supporting Store Managers, cascading and following up HQ/Store processes.The PositionSetting ambitious goals for the Store Managers aligned with PVH's vision for a high-standard clients' experience and PVH Retail StrategyLeading and guiding Store Managers to train the sales force focusing on their development and growth so that everyone can make their biggest impactOrganizing the workforce planning in order to remain within the budget and maximize the stores' performanceTranslating reports and sales analysis into strategy and business plans that will enhance the stores potential and develop new profit-making opportunitiesGuaranteeing integration and collaboration with stakeholdersBuilding and maintaining strong relations with peers through constant exchange of feedbacks and suggestion of best policies and practicesDealing with staffing issues conducting appraisals and performance reviewsBringing best-in-class experience through new business opportunities, competitors analysis and market researchEnsuring high standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are metMaintaining awareness of market trends in the retail industryUnderstanding forthcoming customer initiatives and monitoring what local competitors are doingThe Ideal CandidateUniversity Degree in Economics or related studiesAt least 5 years' experience in similar role within structured environmentHighly developed business acumenAbility to take a 'big picture' view of a situationMake decision confidently and influence others to agree with you in order to have a positive impact towards achieving the objectives of the organisationGood communication and collaboration skills and abilitiesHighly detail oriented and organized in workAbility to work under pressure and meet assigned deadlinesHigh level in local language and in oral as well as written English communicationBe valued.At PVH, we recognize that our people are our greatest asset.
