The selected candidate will be responsible for managing one of the hotel's restaurants, with the main objective of proposing innovation in both the food and wine offerings and the type of service provided to guests.
Your functions will be: Updating and training collaborators to develop and grow towards new trends in guest management.Supplier relationship management.Monitoring and controlling local economic results.Maintaining a constant connection with other departments of the hotel to guarantee excellence in service.Complying with safe working practices, health and safety policies, and ensuring any issues are reported promptly.Essential requirements: Previous experience in luxury hotels and/or restaurants, preferably at an international level.Outstanding leadership and employee management skills.Ability to listen and strong orientation towards the development of resources.Excellent knowledge of English; knowledge of another foreign language is considered a plus.Join us!
