At Hotel Cipriani, a Belmond Hotel, Venice, we are looking for a talented Restaurant Manager to join our team at the starred restaurant Oro and work along Chef Vania Ghedini under the culinary direction of Chef Massimo Bottura.
The Restaurant is open Tuesday to Saturday, only for dinner.
This is a seasonal full-time position reporting directly to the Executive Assistant Manager in charge of F&B.
As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a pleasant experience for our guests while maintaining efficient operations, quality and exemplary service.
Responsibilities: Direct the restaurant operations on a daily basis ensuring excellent service and guest satisfaction
Recruit the restaurant team, train and develop the new resources
Maintain a daily liaison with the kitchen team ensuring a harmonious relationship between culinary and service team
Work closely with the EAM in charge of F&B and the Chef
Contribute to the development of the restaurant offer whilst evolving and improving continuously the assigned venue.
Requirements: Consolidated experience in the role and comprehensive knowledge of the restaurant luxury hospitality environment acquired preferably while working a similar position within 5* hotels or starred restaurants
Fluency both in Italian and English is mandatory; good knowledge of French is beneficial
Strong leadership skills
Be service oriented and guest focused
