At Hotel Cipriani, a Belmond Hotel, Venice, we are looking for a talented Restaurant Manager to join our team at the starred restaurant Oro and work alongside Chef Vania Ghedini under the culinary direction of Chef Massimo Bottura.The restaurant is open Tuesday to Saturday, only for dinner.
This is a seasonal full-time position reporting directly to the Executive Assistant Manager in charge of FB.As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a pleasant experience for our guests while maintaining efficient operations, quality, and exemplary service.ResponsibilitiesDirect the restaurant operations on a daily basis ensuring excellent service and guest satisfaction.Recruit the restaurant team, train, and develop new resources.Maintain a daily liaison with the kitchen team ensuring a harmonious relationship between culinary and service teams.Work closely with the EAM in charge of FB and the Chef.Contribute to the development of the restaurant offer whilst evolving and improving continuously the assigned venue.RequirementsComprehensive knowledge of the restaurant luxury hospitality environment acquired preferably while working in a similar position within 5* hotels or starred restaurants.Fluency in both Italian and English is mandatory; good knowledge of French is beneficial.Strong leadership skills.Be service-oriented and guest-focused.In order to apply, you must possess the legal right to work in Italy at the moment of application.Competitive seasonal contract according to the C.C.N.L.
