What will I be doing?
Detect, consolidate needs and opportunities of hotels under their responsibility and make proposals to the F&B Partner for their validation Ensure the maintenance, supply and inventory of wine cellars under their responsibility Lead the up selling strategy related to their role alongside the F&B Managers Provide the necessary tools for proper execution in restaurant service standards Ensure correct use of OS&E set by different outlets according to their established concept standard Participate in operations meetings and produce action plans to improve related KPIs Produce the necessary training plans together with the HR department of the hotels under their responsibility Support the search for head of departments profiles in the hotels under their responsibility.
Be knowledgeable of their department's budget Support and participate in the identification of talent in their department.
