For our amazing Tale Hotel, we are looking for a
**Restaurant Manager (m/w/d)**
On the outskirts of the world-famous medieval town of Montepulciano, surrounded by unspoilt nature, Poggio Alla Sala Tale is a luxurious oasis of calm filled with memories of a rich past.
Your tasks:
- Operational planning and leadership of the team
- Responsibility for the restaurant operation & warm host for our guests
- Training and support of the individual development of colleagues
- Responsibility for daily billing
- Organization of a smooth and upscale service process
- Control and optimization of workflows and processes
- Responsibility for your budget and cost of goods
Your profile:
- You have completed vocational training in the hotel or catering industry
- You have several years of management experience in a similar position
- Enjoyment of service and personal guest contact
- A high degree of independence, reliability, flexibility and resilience
- You are enthusiastic about good food and drinks
- Professional competence and in-depth knowledge of wine
- Organizational talent and good mannersam
