All'interno dell'hotel il Restaurant Manager in affiancamento all'F&B Manager si occupa di supervisionare e coordinare il buon funzionamento del reparto food & beverage e nello specifico:
Lavorare in modo proattivo per migliorare la soddisfazione e il comfort degli ospiti, fornendo una risposta positiva e tempestiva alle richieste degli ospiti
Gestire il team food & beverage promuovendo una cultura di crescita, sviluppo e performance all'interno del dipartimento
E' responsabile del budget del reparto F&B, assicurando che i costi e l'inventario siano controllati, che i livelli di produttività e prestazioni siano raggiunti
Within the hotel, the Restaurant Manager working alongside the F&B Manager is responsible for supervising and coordinating the smooth operation of the food & beverage department and specifically:
Work proactively to improve guest satisfaction and comfort by providing a positive and timely response to guest requests
Manage the food & beverage team by promoting a culture of growth, development and performance within the department
Is responsible for the F&B department budget, ensuring that costs and inventory are controlled, productivity and performance levels are achieved
Qualifications
Diploma/Laurea
Esperienza di almeno 3 anni nel medesimo ruolo in hotel di lusso 5*
Ottime capacità di comunicazione, leadership e gestione del team
Capacità di multi-tasking, approccio pratico e focalizzazione sul cliente
Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese e di una seconda lingua
Diploma/Degree
Experience of at least 3 years in the same role in 5* luxury hotels
Excellent communication, leadership and team management skills
Ability to multi-task, hands-on approach and customer focus
Fluent knowledge of English and a second language

·• Contratto a tempo determinato stagionale (Marzo- Novembre 2024) con diritto di precedenza su anno successivo)
• CCNL Turismo forfettizzato e premio produzione annuale
• Disponibilità full time da lunedì a domenica con un giorno di riposo nel corso della stagione
• Vitto e alloggio in appartamento condiviso (camere due posti letto)

• Formazione interna sia a livello gestionale che di procedure
• Formazione su mondo Relais & Chateaux e quality assessment, principali normative vigenti

• Seasonal fixed-term contract (Marzo- November 2024) with right of precedence for the following year)
