This is a full-time, onsite position based in Torre Delle Stelle.
The Restaurant Manager will play a key role in ensuring the seamless daily operation of the restaurant while maintaining the highest standards of service, food quality, and guest satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, with a focus on fine dining establishments.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily restaurant operations: Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff management, customer service, and coordination between the kitchen and front-of-house teams.Customer Satisfaction: Ensure that every guest has a positive dining experience by maintaining the highest standards of service and promptly addressing any issues.Staff Management: Recruit, hire, train, and supervise restaurant staff, ensuring that all team members meet service standards and work efficiently.Financial Management: Monitor restaurant finances, including tracking expenses, managing budgets, and preparing monthly and seasonal financial reports.Operational Efficiency: Ensure smooth operations by implementing systems, managing inventory, and maintaining equipment.Compliance with Health Safety Regulations: Ensure that the restaurant adheres to all local and national health and safety standards.Leadership: Provide strong leadership to the restaurant team, fostering a positive work environment, motivating staff, and encouraging professional development.Qualifications:Languages: Fluency in both English and Italian is essential.Experience: Prior experience in fine dining restaurants is required.Skills:Strong customer service and communication skills.Excellent leadership, recruitment, and managerial skills.Organizational skills with the ability to multitask and solve problems efficiently.In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations and Health Safety regulations.Education: A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is an advantage.
