We are looking for a Restaurant Hostess for the next season (spring/summer 2025) to join our Restaurants' team.
The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and comfortable with challenges.
He / she is willing to provide authentic and luxury dining experiences, demonstrating care, confidence, curiosity and community.
He/She should have exceptional taste and exemplary customer service skills.
He/She reports to Restaurant Manager.
Main duties & responsibilities: Managing telephone reservations Welcoming customers upon arrival Escorting customers to the reserved table Handling of any needs (checkroom service etc.)
Assisting with information requests Requirements: At least 1 year of experience in the same role in luxury hotels and/or fine dining restaurants Good communication skills Excellent teamwork skills Determination to achieve goals Fluency in English at a professional level and preferably one additional language Attention to detail Ability to adapt Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure Other requirements: Effective communication, emotional intelligence, adaptability Collaboration: be able and willing to work as a team player Drive results: provide genuine and consistent high levels of service by anticipating and exceeding expectations of guests and colleagues Global perspective: treat each other with respect and inclusiveness regardless of position, level or background Benefits: We offer seasonal Labour contract according to C.C.N.L.
