Restaurant Hostess

The successful candidate will be in charge of ensuring top quality service in order to guarantee an exceptional welcoming experience in line with Dolce Gabbana's philosophy, culture and standards.Key Accountabilities: • Maintain an excellent level of client service at all times within the Structure and demonstrate full awareness of internal procedures.
• Obtain and handle payments in line with the organization's established procedures.
• Control and organize opening and closing of the cash-till and related administrative duties.
• Greeting guests as they enter the premises and welcome them according to the company's standards.
• Accompany guests to their tables or in waiting areas.
• Assigning guests to tables they prefer, while keeping table rotation in mind so that servers receive the right number of customers for each area.
• Responding to complaints and helping to resolve them.
• Answering phone calls, taking reservations and reply to clients' questions.
• Guarantee knowledge of the menu.
• Uphold grooming and styling standards.
• Providing exceptional customer service.Requirements: • Fluency in Italian and English.
Other languages are considered a plus.
• Minimum experience in the position.
• Self-motivation with positive attitude.
• Good customers focus with strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong team player.
