As a purposeful, values-driven brand, we are committed to being a force for good in the world as well, creating the next generation of sustainable luxury for customers, driving industry change and championing our communities.JOB PURPOSEAs Responsible Programme Assistant, you will support the regional Responsibility Senior Programme Manager, who is in charge of managing the Social Responsibility Strategy across EMEIA, and provide assistance to the regional Responsibility team on basic administrative tasks.You will be responsible for supporting the delivery of Social Strategy initiatives across the EMEIA supply chain engaging with up to 110 vendors, 400+ subcontractors, 50+ nominated facilities and 500+ raw material suppliers.RESPONSIBILITIESManage the onboarding and the monitoring agenda across EMEIA regionScout, train and manage new 3rd party auditing firmsReview audit reports of 3rd party auditing firmsDraft annual audit budget and ensure audit costs are in lineManage Ethical Trading Programme data for EMEIA region to fuel external reportingProvide timely, reliable and accurate data to internal stakeholders to support Ethical Trading governance and allow Senior Leaders' informed decisionsLead IT transition from current excel Database to Audit platformManage Audit and Country platforms, where in placeProvide administrative and organizational support to regional Responsibility Team + manage internal team files (incl.
UK)PERSONAL PROFILEPrevious experience in an administrative and auditing role preferably within an Ethical Trading fieldSustainability area knowledge, with a focus on Social.
