The company in the province of Rome (south area), active in plastic processing, is looking for an Italy-Estonian Sales Manager. Activities provided by the role:
Manage and develop the distribution network, identifying new opportunities where appropriate. Coordinate and direct the activities of three employees in the commercial back office and an Italian salesman. Develop business initiatives through the involvement of all stakeholders and effective coordination of all contributions. Participate in trade fairs and events, providing full support for organization and presence management for optimal brand distribution. Maintain relationships with distributors and prospects through high-level service and strong relationship management. Prepare reports on activities for management. Ensure achievement of turnover targets and margins in accordance with the business sales plan. Position requirements:
Diploma and/or Degree (preferably in technical/chemical mold). Consolidated experience in commercial roles within structured, modern, and market-oriented companies active in plastic processing. Strong commercial attitude and relational skills. Ability to analyze and evaluate B2B business opportunities. Entrepreneurial spirit with a desire to grow professionally in line with company growth. Passion for the industry and the work. Excellent relational and communication skills. Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team. Natural self-motivation with excellent problem-solving skills and adaptive management. Analytical, rigorous, reliable candidate with excellent personal equilibrium. Motivation, determination, maturity, strong initiative, and proactivity. Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of a second European language (e.g., German, Spanish, Russian) is preferred.
Workplace: 30% in headquarters (south province of Rome), 70% offsite (in Italy and abroad, including Europe and the United States).
Insertion: Immediate.
Contractual proposal: Full-time subordinate employment contract with an adequate trial period; remuneration to be determined based on skills and experience.
