The company in the province of Rome (south area) active in plastic processing and processing is looking for the ItalyEstonian Sales Manager.
Activities provided by the role (responding to the Sales Director): Manage and develop the distribution network identifying new ones where appropriate; Coordinate and direct the activities of three employees to the commercial backoffice and an Italian salesman; Develop business initiatives through the involvement of all stakeholders and the effective address and coordination of all contributions; Participate in trade fairs and events with full support for organization and presence management for the best distribution of the brand; Constantly keep in time the relationship with distributors and prospects through a high level of service and a high regard for the relationship; Prepare the report on its activity to the management; Ensure achievement of turnover targets and margins in accordance with the business sales plan; Other activities provided by the role.
Position requirements: Diploma and / or Degree (preferably technicalchemical mold); Consolidated experience in the roles gained in the commercial area of structured modernly organized and highly marketoriented companies active in the processing and processing of plastics; Strong commercial attitude and relational ease; ability to analyze and evaluate B2B business opportunities; Entrepreneurial spirit desire to grow professionally in tune with company growth; passion for the industry and for its work; Excellent relational and communicative skills; ability and habit to work both autonomy and team; Natural selfmotivation excellent problemsolving skills unmanageable and adaptive management; Analytical candidate rigorous reliable and with excellent personal equilibrium; Motivation and determination maturity strong initiative spirit proactivity; Excellent knowledge of English written and spoken; the knowledge of a second European language (eg German Spanish Russian) will be preferential.
Workplace: 30% in headquarters (south province Rome) 70% offsite (in Italy and abroad Europe and the United States).
Insertion: Immediate.
Contractual proposal: fulltime fulltime subordinate employment contract with adequate trial period; remuneration to be determined on the basis of the skills and experience actually matured.
