As Site Technical Leader, you are responsible for supporting all technical aspects during the installation and customer service phase.
We offer an open-ended contract with a 6-month trial period. Challenges we trust you withAs Site Technical Leader, you are responsible for:
Coordinating and planning overall daily technical activities on site and managing the prioritiesEnsuring a high quality Customer SupportTaking lead on resolving technical issues that arise on siteManaging logistics and material aspects and liaising with the subcontractors (supplies, storage, etc.) on technical aspects of their workEnsuring customer's requirements are met in terms of compliance and technical performanceConducting CCBs, ensuring bugs are reported, collecting and distributing REXEnsuring timely and strong communication with the Site ManagerPromoting a high performance culture and motivating the teamDeveloping strong professional communication lines with the customerWhat we valueYou have:
A previous experience in an industrial environmentA broad technical knowledge and an understanding of how to manage tasks in a planning and according to the technologyAt least 5 years of experience as a team leader or people manager (required)A proven experience in the installation and commissioning of Proton Therapy or large Radiation Therapy centers; knowledge of Medical Devices Installation processes is a strong assetA good understanding of Total Quality Management, including non-quality topics, ergonomics, 5S, and Root Cause AnalysisFluency in Italian to communicate with the local team and our customerGood oral and written communication skills in EnglishAnd you also are:Eager to learn new fields and continuously update your knowledgeCoaching-minded and willing to share your knowledge to ensure the adequate level of expertise within the team to meet site requests and equipment performancesA committed person ready to inspire a team to move forwardAble to motivate, support, and empower peopleResults-driven, customer-oriented, and able to remain calm when facing emergenciesAble to identify the root cause of issues thanks to your good analytical skillsCapable of working autonomously and making decisionsAble to work with a solution-focused approach, striving to determine the best actions needed to complete the team's assignmentsA flexible person, willing to work in rotating shifts and on Saturdays when the situation requires it
