The successful candidate will oversee the security and safety of our guests and colleagues, ensuring that all departmental operations are carried out to the highest standards.
Main Responsibilities: Enforcing work standards to ensure consistency in operationsUpdating operational information to stay informed and adapt to changing situationsCoaching colleagues to enhance their performance and skillsOverseeing outsourced security services to guarantee quality and effectivenessConducting investigations into incidents or security breachesMaintaining CCTV surveillance, alarm, and patrol systems to prevent and respond to security threatsHosting daily, weekly, and monthly security debriefs and meetings to review progress and address concernsEnsuring the safeguard of company keys and passwords, as well as incident reportsReporting directly to the Hotel Manager for space and asset management, and the Director of Engineering and Security for technical mattersRequirements: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a related fieldFluency in EnglishThe ability to follow safety and security rules and procedures without compromiseSalary:** €50,000 - €70,000 per year
