Responsabile Sicurezza (Full time) at Mandarin Oriental, Milan. The successful candidate will oversee the security and safety of our guests and colleagues, ensuring that all departmental operations are carried out to the highest standards. Main Responsibilities: Enforcing work standards to ensure consistency in operations Updating operational information to stay informed and adapt to changing situations Coaching colleagues to enhance their performance and skills Overseeing outsourced security services to guarantee quality and effectiveness Conducting investigations into incidents or security breaches Maintaining CCTV surveillance, alarm, and patrol systems to prevent and respond to security threats Hosting daily, weekly, and monthly security debriefs and meetings to review progress and address concerns Ensuring the safeguard of company keys and passwords, as well as incident reports Reporting directly to the Hotel Manager for space and asset management, and the Director of Engineering and Security for technical matters Requirements: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field Fluency in English The ability to follow safety and security rules and procedures without compromise Salary: €50,000 - €70,000 per year J-18808-Ljbffr
