Open Position: Quality Manager Location: Benevento For one of our infrastructure projects located in the province of Benevento, we are looking for a Quality Manager who will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the Quality System requirements specified in the contract and relevant regulations, through the development, application, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the integrated system defined by the QAS Plan.
Specifically, the candidate will: Ensure the setup of the integrated system and the preparation and updating of project Quality Plans as per regulations and guidelines.Conduct periodic inspections to verify the application and effectiveness of quality-related activities, keeping appropriate records.Ensure the controlled dissemination of the Quality Plan and ensure its implementation by the organizational units of the project.Review the development and implementation of the quality management system and the achievement of set objectives, ensuring identification of appropriate corrective actions and coordination with other project units.Plan and execute internal and external audits and maintain related documentation.Organize and conduct regular surveillance visits to verify the application of the QAS system, keeping proper records.Report any non-conformities found during control activities to the Project Manager and the Safety & Environment Manager/Site Manager, proposing appropriate corrective actions and monitoring their implementation.Collaborate with the Technical Services in drafting Quality Control Plans.Ensure compliance, within the project, with the tasks outlined in art. 33 of Legislative Decree 81/2008 and subsequent amendments.Requirements: 5+ years of experience in a similar role in companies specialized in civil engineering and complex infrastructure constructionDegree in Civil/Environmental EngineeringKnowledge of quality policies, regulations, and proceduresEmergency management skillsAvailability for national transfersThis announcement is open to all sexes, in accordance with laws 903/77 and 125/91, and to individuals of all ages and nationalities, as per Legislative Decrees 215/03 and 216/03.
