Descrizione Hitachi Rail is looking for an enthusiastic self-motivated O&M Manuals & Training Manager who thrives in a rapidly changing environment.
The successful candidate will be the person responsible to manage a group of experienced writers to produce customers' operation and maintenance documentation, arranging the training courses, ensuring the proper interface management between the Design and Build team and the O&M team.

Accountabilities: Manage a group of experienced technical writers to produce customers' operation and maintenance documentation;Ensure on time provision of O&M deliverables and milestone in accordance with project schedule and budget;Ensure preparation and delivery of Operation & Maintenance Manuals, Illustrated Parts Catalog and Training Program Plan;Ensure the preparation of Technical specifications for subcontractor's manuals and training course;Make sure Technical Writers internal teams, effectively prioritize high-priority feature release work with other content, experience, and process improvements.Develop an understanding of how our customers use the manuals and what content needs are helpful. Review and implement customer feedback.Identify opportunities for process improvement, including new editor software, and coordinating the implementation and communication of these changes.Ensure the review of operation and maintenance manuals delivered by the subcontractors;Participate to projects, bidding and delivery phases within project schedule.Required Skills/ Knowledge: Pioneering SpirtIntegrityTwo to five years' experience as a project manager or people manager with a technical documentation team.Minimum 3 years' railway system engineering experience and knowledge of the integrated systems that comprise a metro system;Ability to develop a working knowledge of technical products, processes, applications.Ability to learn new technical skills quicklyknowledge and experience in application of the railway Technical-Logistic support documentation, associated with any technical system, either rolling stock and/or a rail vehicleInternational experience and ability to manage internationals projectsKnowledge and ability to review maintenance documentation from sub-suppliers;techniques and ways to handle the relationship with a supplier in an integrated supply chain approach;Willing to cover global roleExcellent communication skillsPerson on which is easy to work withNegotiation SkillsLeadership SkillsExperience in modern Lean and Agile OrganizationDesired Skills/ Knowledge: Operation and Maintenance ProcessesRAMS and Maintenance Plan processPlanning and organizationExperience in editing software programsEducation / Qualifications:
