We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated O&M Manuals & Training Manager to lead a team of experienced writers in producing high-quality operation and maintenance documentation, arranging training courses, and ensuring seamless interface management between the Design and Build team and the O&M team.
Key Responsibilities:Manage a group of experienced technical writers to produce customers' operation and maintenance documentation;Ensure timely provision of O&M deliverables and milestones in accordance with project schedule and budget;Prepare and deliver Operation & Maintenance Manuals, Illustrated Parts Catalog, and Training Program Plan;Prepare Technical specifications for subcontractor's manuals and training courses;Develop an understanding of how customers use the manuals and what content needs are helpful. Review and implement customer feedback.Identify opportunities for process improvement, including new editor software, and coordinate the implementation and communication of these changes;Review operation and maintenance manuals delivered by subcontractors;Requirements:Integrity;Two to five years' experience as a project manager or people manager with a technical documentation team;Minimum 3 years' railway system engineering experience and knowledge of the integrated systems that comprise a metro system;Ability to develop a working knowledge of technical products, processes, applications;International experience and ability to manage international projects.
