Manage technical writers to produce operation and maintenance documentation. Ensure timely delivery of O&M deliverables and milestones. Prepare and deliver Operation & Maintenance Manuals, Illustrated Parts Catalog, and Training Program Plan. Prepare Technical specifications for subcontractor's manuals and training course. Accountabilities:
Develop an understanding of customer needs and content requirements. Review and implement customer feedback. Identify opportunities for process improvement. Required Skills:
Pioneering Spirit. Integrity. 2-5 years' experience as a project manager or people manager. 3 years' railway system engineering experience. Ability to develop a working knowledge of technical products. Excellent communication skills. Leadership skills. Desired Skills:
