Key Responsibilities:Manage technical writers to produce operation and maintenance documentation.Ensure timely delivery of O&M deliverables and milestones.Prepare and deliver Operation & Maintenance Manuals, Illustrated Parts Catalog, and Training Program Plan.Prepare Technical specifications for subcontractor's manuals and training course.Accountabilities:Develop an understanding of customer needs and content requirements.Review and implement customer feedback.Identify opportunities for process improvement.Required Skills:Pioneering Spirit.Integrity.2-5 years' experience as a project manager or people manager.3 years' railway system engineering experience.Ability to develop a working knowledge of technical products.Excellent communication skills.Leadership skills.Desired Skills:Operation and Maintenance Processes.RAMS and Maintenance Plan process.Planning and organization.Experience in editing software programs.
