About the Role:We are seeking a motivated and experienced O&M Manuals & Training Manager to join our team in Pistoia, Italy.
As an O&M Manuals & Training Manager, you will be responsible for managing a group of technical writers to produce operation and maintenance documentation, arranging training courses, and ensuring proper interface management between teams.
Key Responsibilities:Manage a team of technical writers to produce customers' operation and maintenance documentation;Ensure timely delivery of O&M manuals and milestones within project schedule and budget;Develop and deliver Operation & Maintenance Manuals, Illustrated Parts Catalog, and Training Program Plan;Collaborate with internal teams to prioritize high-priority feature release work;Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes;Review and implement customer feedback;Participate in projects, bidding, and delivery phases.Requirements:Integrity2-5 years of experience as a project manager or people manager with a technical documentation team;Minimum 3 years of railway system engineering experience and knowledge of integrated systems;Ability to develop working knowledge of technical products, processes, and applications;International experience and ability to manage international projects;Excellent communication and leadership skills;Experience in Lean and Agile Organization.Desired Skills:Operation and Maintenance ProcessesRAMS and Maintenance Plan processPlanning and organizationExperience in editing software programsEducation:Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering degree required.
