A dynamic Operations & Maintenance Manuals and Training Manager leads a team of writers in producing customers' operation and maintenance documentation, arranging training courses, and managing the interface between the Design and Build team and O&M team.

Responsibilities: Manage technical writers to produce operation and maintenance documentation.
Ensure on-time provision of O&M deliverables and milestones according to project schedule and budget.
Prepare and deliver Operation & Maintenance Manuals, Illustrated Parts Catalog, and Training Program Plan.
Prepare Technical specifications for subcontractor's manuals and training course.
Ensure Technical Writers effectively prioritize high-priority feature release work with other content, experience, and process improvements.
Qualifications: Pioneering spirit and integrity.
2-5 years of experience as a project manager or people manager with a technical documentation team.
Minimum 3 years of railway system engineering experience and knowledge of integrated systems that comprise a metro system.
Ability to develop a working knowledge of technical products, processes, and applications.
Ability to learn new technical skills quickly.
Knowledge and experience in application of railway Technical-Logistic support documentation.
International experience and ability to manage international projects.
Knowledge and ability to review maintenance documentation from sub-suppliers.
Negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
Experience in modern Lean and Agile Organization.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
