Responsibilities:
Manage a team of experienced technical writers to produce customers' operation and maintenance documentation; Ensure timely provision of O&M deliverables and milestones in accordance with project schedule and budget; Prepare Technical specifications for subcontractor's manuals and training courses; Ensure Technical Writers internal teams effectively prioritize high-priority feature release work with other content, experience, and process improvements; Develop an understanding of how our customers use the manuals and what content needs are helpful; Review and implement customer feedback; Identify opportunities for process improvement, including new editor software, and coordinate the implementation and communication of these changes; Ensure the review of operation and maintenance manuals delivered by subcontractors; Participate in projects, bidding, and delivery phases within project schedule. Required Skills/ Knowledge:
Two to five years' experience as a project manager or people manager with a technical documentation team; Minimum 3 years' railway system engineering experience and knowledge of the integrated systems that comprise a metro system; Ability to develop a working knowledge of technical products, processes, and applications; Ability to learn new technical skills quickly, with knowledge and experience in application of railway Technical-Logistic support documentation, associated with any technical system, either rolling stock and/or a rail vehicle; International experience and ability to manage international projects; Knowledge and ability to review maintenance documentation from sub-suppliers, and techniques to handle relationships with suppliers in an integrated supply chain approach; Willingness to cover a global role; Excellent communication skills; Negotiation Skills; Leadership Skills; Experience in modern Lean and Agile Organization. Desired Skills/ Knowledge:
Operation and Maintenance Processes; RAMS and Maintenance Plan process; Planning and organization; Experience in editing software programs. Education / Qualifications:
