We work at the cutting-edge of digital transformation and technology, with a strong global organization and sustainable work practices.Key Responsibilities:Manage technical writers to produce operation and maintenance documentationEnsure on-time delivery of OM documentationPrepare and deliver operation and maintenance manuals, illustrated parts catalogs, and training programsEnsure preparation of technical specifications for subcontractor manuals and training coursesMake technical writers prioritize high-priority feature release workDevelop an understanding of customer needs, review customer feedback, and identify opportunities for process improvementEnsure review of operation and maintenance manuals delivered by subcontractorsParticipate in project phases within project scheduleRequired Skills/Knowledge:Pioneering spiritIntegrity2-5 years of experience as a project manager or people manager3 years of railway system engineering experience and knowledge of integrated systemsAbility to develop knowledge of technical products, processes, and applicationsAbility to quickly learn new technical skillsKnowledge and experience in railway technical-logistic support documentationInternational experience and ability to manage international projectsKnowledge and ability to review maintenance documentation from sub-suppliersTechniques to handle relationships with suppliersExcellent communication skillsLeadership skillsDesired Skills/Knowledge:Operation and maintenance processesRAMS and maintenance plan processPlanning and organizationExperience in editing software programsEducation/Qualifications:Electrical, electronic, or mechanical engineeringLanguages:English proficiency #J-18808-Ljbffr
