Manage a group of experienced technical writers to produce customers' operation and maintenance documentation, ensuring on-time provision of OM deliverables and milestones in accordance with project schedule and budget. Responsibilities: Manage a team of writers to produce OM documentation. Ensure timely delivery of OM documents and milestones. Prepare and deliver OM Manuals, Illustrated Parts Catalog, and Training Program Plan. Develop an understanding of customer needs for OM manuals. Review and implement customer feedback. Identify opportunities for process improvement. Review subcontractor-delivered OM manuals. Requirements:
Pioneering spirit and integrity. 2-5 years of experience in project management or people management with a technical documentation team. Minimum 3 years of railway system engineering experience and knowledge of integrated systems. Ability to develop technical skills quickly. Knowledge of railway Technical-Logistic support documentation. International experience and ability to manage international projects. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
