About the RoleWe are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated OM Manuals Training Manager who thrives in a rapidly changing environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage a group of experienced technical writers to produce customers' operation and maintenance documentation;Ensure on-time provision of OM deliverables and milestones in accordance with project schedule and budget;Develop an understanding of how our customers use the manuals and what content needs are helpful;Review and implement customer feedback;RequirementsPioneering Spirit;Integrity;Two to five years' experience as a project manager or people manager with a technical documentation team;Minimum 3 years' railway system engineering experience and knowledge of the integrated systems that comprise a metro system;About UsA career at Hitachi Rail will help create a legacy.
