About the RoleWe are seeking a motivated and experienced O&M Manuals & Training Manager to manage a team in Pistoia, Italy.
This role involves overseeing technical writers to create operation and maintenance documentation, arranging training courses, and ensuring seamless communication between teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead a team of technical writers to produce customers' operation and maintenance documentation;Ensure timely delivery of O&M manuals and milestones within project timelines and budget;Develop and deliver comprehensive Operation & Maintenance Manuals, Illustrated Parts Catalog, and Training Program Plan;Collaborate with internal teams to prioritize high-priority feature release work;Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes;Review and implement customer feedback;Participate in projects, bidding, and delivery phases.RequirementsIntegrity2-5 years of experience as a project manager or people manager with a technical documentation team;Minimum 3 years of railway system engineering experience and knowledge of integrated systems;Ability to develop working knowledge of technical products, processes, and applications;International experience and ability to manage international projects;Excellent communication and leadership skills;Experience in Lean and Agile Organization.Desired SkillsOperation and Maintenance ProcessesRAMS and Maintenance Plan processPlanning and organizationExperience in editing software programsEducationBachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering required.
The estimated salary range is approximately €60,000 - €80,000 per annum based on industry standards and location.
